We are not gamblers but I used to love staying at Hard Rock Hotels and I used to work for the cafe in NYC & Orlando. The room was showing some wear, heavy scratches on furniture, chair was a bit worn with minor holes, and the bathroom wall had a few scratches that they tried to paint over but the paint did not match. Other than that it was clean, comfy, and the restaurants had fair prices. The bars had good prices too. We ate at the dinner, I had the parfait and my husband had the club. The fries were awesome! I won’t tell you why, it was a surprise for us! We ate at the Salsa restaurant in the food court, get the nachos with ground beef and queso, you’re welcome. The pool was great! They have an adult pool after 8pm with a hot tub, loved that! The pool was heated too! Bonus! The hot tub could use some attention, the bottom has some heavy wear and the sides could use a good scrub but still acceptable. All in all the room was clean and comfy, the food and drinks were good, and the pool and hot tub were highly enjoyed!

Such a unique stay on our Route 66 trip, where we treat ourselves with a stay at Hard Hock Hotel. The reception desk were exceptionally welcoming, we were checked in by Hannah who was extremely lovely and was enthused by our British IDs we handed over, which made the check in experience a bit more personal than an every day check in. The hotel room was exceptional, with free water bottles and chocolate bars, as well as a cookie each at check in. The hotel room was clean and tidy, very spacious and the decor was great, we were situated in the tower building and had a great view on the 14th floor. The bathroom and shower were brilliant, we were sad to leave after only one nights stay! Staying in the casino was unique and interesting, with a lot of options for food. We did have access to the pool but didn’t use this.

We ate breakfast at the Route 66 Diner on the casino floor and it was great. The food was great, large portions, reasonably priced and our server dressed in her 1950's outfit with a coin changer on her hip, was fabulous! We were guests of relatives who took us up to Carvers On 19 for a quite luxurious dinner. Food and service was great along with the views. Although very pricey and wouldn't normally have eaten there.

Ron

The staff & security were very polite & kind. Any questions we had they answered &/or assisted us. Our room overlooked the pool & that was wonderful! The elevators were good because of the room cards needing to be scanned to access the floors to the rooms. It made us feel safe.

Lisha

The customer service was outstanding. Loved that the bell people working the front doors knew us and spoke to us each time they saw us. The nachos in the food court restaurant was surprisingly excellent! Loved the large hot tub.
